In 1973/74 the company acquired Monks Mead House, Hare Hatch from Mrs Julia Wymalen. Following acquisition the company expanded this period office facility to some 6000 square feet. Bill Phelps former chairmen now retired is pictured below “topping out” the new extension to the building.

Monks Mead House has had very many occupiers over the years including Measurex (Honeywell), Fisher Price Toys European HQ, Market Solutions and Neptune Retail.
