Chris Kirkby, retires after 27 years of service

After 27 years at Country Estates, Construction Director, Chris Kirkby has announced his retirement.

Chris joined Country Estates in June 1984 as Construction Manager and in June 1991 as Construction Director.During his career Chris has been fundamental in the design and development of the business parks and the overall success of Country Estates.

Mrs Anne Kirkby will also retire with Chris at the end of June after many years of service.

In response to Chris's decision to retire Joint Managing Director, Gary Smith, said "Over the years Chris, with Anne's able support, has directed the construction of a million square feet of business space.Chris has made a significant contribution to the success of the company for which we appreciate and thank him.I wish Chris and Anne a happy retirement."

Chris will leave behind a strong and successful organisation well positioned for future growth and development.
