Capita Secure Information Systems have made Country Estates' Lansdowne Court part of their long term plan by signing another 10 year lease. They are the supplier of technology-driven effectiveness and efficiency to public sector organisations. 
KDC Contractors, specialists in decommissioning, demolition and remediation, have chosen to remain at Calleva Park for another three year term.
Veolia Water has been based at Calleva Park in Aldermaston for the past 6 years and have just renewed their lease once again for another three year term.
Daco Scientific have been established for over thirty years. They have spent many of those years at Calleva Park and have just renewed their lease to remain for many more.
After 27 years at Country Estates, Construction Director, Chris Kirkby has announced his retirement.
