Denton Contractors Groundworks are a family run business operated by two brothers, Mark and Paul Adair, operating in the Southern Counties for 20 years with an established reputation for reliability and quality. They are a specialised business in Groundworks for the MoD, undertaking work as both main contractors and subcontractors and have become experienced in working in various types of construction environment.

Ben Austin, a contractor, saw the sign outside the Park and contacted Country Estates where our business centre manager Sharon was able to give them advice and information. Although Denton Contractors Groundworks had previous space onsite, they decided that it was time to move to quieter office space where they could plan their next projects. They saw Calleva Business Centre as the ideal space to move into, taking on a 6-month lease due to the flexibility of the park.
