The Woods Group and Country Estates have completed a deal which will see the charity fulfilment experts design and build a bespoke headquarters on 2.5 acres of land at Lansdowne Court, Chippenham, Wiltshire.

The deal will enable The Woods Group to combine operations from three current locations, bringing all 85 employees together in new purpose built headquarters that will provide in excess of 45,000 square feet of office and fulfilment space.

Completion of the new headquarters is expected in 2018 and will provide ample room for the company’s continued expansion as well as helping to realise its vision of investing in a headquarters that meets the specific service requirements of the company’s charity clients.

The Woods Group will be leasing Unit 7 Lansdowne Court until the building is completed.
